Accidental Order? Purchased Tickets for Wrong Date?
No refunds will be provided after the performance time and date specified on the tickets.
Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre's box office any time on or before the original date of the ticket. You can process a refund online here. To exchange a ticket purchases at the theatre, the credit card or gift card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office. To refund a ticket purchases at the theatre (minus the online fee), the confirmation number and credit card used must be presented at the box office to process a refund. Once the original date of the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. Self serve refunds are available via the email confirmation received at time of purchase. Ticket refunds and swaps can only be done up to 1 hour before the original showtime.
