I recently went to the theater not knowing what to expect after the remodeling but I have to admit the theater is AMAZING now. I told my husband it's a lot nicer and that's the theater to go to for now on....prices are still lower than other local theaters and that's a big plus....congrats on the remodel

I must leave this comment about all the wonderful encounters and great customer service I recieve from Allen (manager) and cashier (Madison). Every single time me and my family come here we just happen to have them both service us both. Allen makes my family smile and welcome to the theater all the time. He goes out of his way to explain my movie premiere points to me. Allen is one of reasons why I continue to come to the theater. Friendly, Professional, and always courteous. Same for Madison her smile makes my children smile and feel welcome!! She always ask could she help me with my concession items to my theater due to my physical disability. I am still in LOVE with the Tomball Theatre. Way to go PREMIERE!!!! Great customer service and great smiling faces all away around. Management is great, very helpful as usual. Always helps me carry my stuff to the movie I am watching, don't even have to ask for help. Nice atmosphere, lounge area, and PARTY room. Check it out if you have not already. LOVED it.

My wife and I and some friend visited the NEW refurbished Tomball Cinema and were quite impressed. In fact I would put it up against any theatre out there even though the screens and seating may not be as big. Congrats to the new and improved Tomball Cinema.....Tomball should be proud.

Thanks to Baytown Premiere Cinemas for everything they did yesterday!They helped make my engagement the best ever! They allowed my boyfriend (now fiance) to use one of the movie theaters. He made a power point with a bunch of pictures of us and they allowed him to put the slide show on the big screen! At the end it said "Will You Marry Me?"! It really was amazing!! They even printed out fake tickets for him! Thanks again I definitely recommend this place to everybody!!!

We went to see "Skyfall" today, Tuesday, 11.27.12, at the Temple, TX theater, specifically auditorium #6. I want to compliment the owners and managers of this theater for its cleanliness, comfortable upgraded seating, fantastic sound system and visual acuity of the screen and, of course, the courteous staff. I also want to compliment the cleanliness of the restrooms as they are the best, bar none, that we have seen at a theater. It was a wonderful afternoon. We will be back tomorrow to see "Lincoln". I recently went to the Premiere Cinema location in Burleson, TX and watched Breaking Dawn Part 2 (which by the way, was amazing!) and I unknowingly dropped/lost my debit card in the theater. I was notified by my bank that the manager of Burleson Premiere Cinemas returned my debit card to them. I wanted to express my gratitude to the manager, as well as the employee (who most likely was the one to find the card). I know there are many people that would have not done the right thing, and it is truly heart-warming to know that there are good people working and running my nearest Premiere Cinema location. My family and I have truly enjoyed Premiere Cinema. It has everything we need from nachos to bottle water. The locate is great. I have no problem driving to McCalla. My family loves the short distance. The staff is funny and very helpful. But most of all, the selection of movies are awesome.

Two weeks ago my wife and I went to a movie. The next morning my wife discovered her wallet was gone and we began immediately retraccing our steps to locate it. We had to wait for sometime till someone opened the theater up. If you have never went through the anxiety of loosing your wallet and all the contents and having to close all your accounts and openng new ones, its a living nightmare. Sure enough when the manager opened we shared our situation. He told us to wait a minute and after coming back from his office produced the missing wallet with all its contents. This was a very admiral quality of the whole Baytown Premium Theater, and we cannot express our appreciation enough for this team. Thanks toall that work at our home town movie theater.

I took my girls to see Paranorman tonight and had a great time. When I got home I noticed my wallet was missing. I immediately called the theatre when I didn't find it around the house. The young man who answered the call was very polite and took my information. The general manager Mike called me less than two minutes later to let me know they had found it. I was so relieved when I made it up back up to the theatre and Mike was waiting on me with a smile. Kudos to the entire team for great customer service! Thank you again Mike!

My wife and I enjoy the NASA / Webster theatre for its cheap seats, polite staff, great sound and picture -- and the ABSOLUTE BEST popcorn anywhere! Seriously, how do you make it so good? Premiere Cinema is always our first choice. We go pretty much every Friday. It's conveniently located, has comfortable seating, and the best popcorn in town. Plus the concession prices are a bit lower than the competition, and the reusable popcorn and drink cups sold around the holidays are a great deal. The rewards program is also nice. I wanted to compliment you on the absolutely outstanding job of the appearance of the theater. I haven't been to a movie in years and your lobby is without a doubt, the most exciting and eye-catching theater I have ever seen. In the 1960's my father was going through law school and he worked in a little theater in Fairview Park, Ohio. Unfortunately it's been torn down since that time. I especially want to tell you how your employee Daniel was gracious enough to show me the portraits lining the halls. I had to get up and stretch my back as the movie was long but excellent. I went there today and it was amazing. I always have an awesome experience at these Premiere! I have yet to see the one on Montwood, but I am looking forward to it. I always go to the Bassett place one. The theater in all is ALWAYS very clean, this includes bathrooms, theaters, and lobby. I love it and even the prices are amazing. I was at the showing for Breaking Dawn #1. People are always commenting on negitive things and I would like to say something very positive. I have been attending Baytown Premiere Cinemas in Baytown Texas for a long time. The reason I continue to go is that I always feel safe, the management/staff is always very professional, and I know that when I go I don't have to listen to people talking/phones ringing while I watch the show. There is always a police officer visable and I am very thankful. Please let the nice lady (Diane/Ann)know how much I appreciate the show atmosphere. By the way can you lower your ticket prices a little?

We love Tomball Movie Theater in Tomball, Texas. The price can't be beat for Just Released movies. The workers are enthusiastic about their job & they really make you feel taken care of. This level of customer service is unrivaled at ANY price. Last week I arrived at the theater in bad need of a phone. Thanks to caring workers I was able to contact my husband about something urgent. I had no money & was very thirsty. They let me get a Coke in complete faith that my husband would arrive & pay for it. They're great!!! Thank you Tomball Movie Theater workers!

Yesturday, we took our entire family of 8 to see Cars 2! It was alot of fun the three lil ones had never been to a big screen movie and they loved it. My husband and I went again tonight with friends to see Transformers,we liked it the picture was great in 3D

Nothing better than small town hospitality. Excellent prices with refills. Never seems to be over crowded. We watch 2 movies and eat dinner for the price of admission at the other competitors in area. The seats are nice and you can go to Tuesday morning afterwards or if you like Goodwill the one next door has a lot of vintage items to choose from.

Very very glad Premiere opened up a new $1 theater here in Waco. Our $1 theater experience has improved tenfold with such unique decorations, clean facilities, and courteous staff. I now enjoy the $1 theater with my family as much as the mainstream ones thanks to ya'll. Keep up the good work!

I have been living in the Greenspoint area all my 16 years and I am so glad that a theater FINALLY opened in the area . So far I have seen 3 movies at the Premiere cinema and I have to say that I LOVED it . It was clean and not too much people . The seats were kind of uncomfortable ,but they recline ! I hope that the theater stays in good condition and that it helps the mall to get more people ! I will be going here for now on :D

I would like to thank the wonderful staff for watching out for my boys at the matinee yesterday. I love the Premiere cinema in the Mall of Abilene. It has been there for a long time and was good before, but after the renovations it is awesome, the same manager has been there for years, which says something good about your company, keep up the good work.

My boyfriend and I went to see The Hangover Part II last night and was amazed at the new Greenspoint location. It was so nice and clean, bathrooms looked amazing and the seats were cool too. Boyfriend said they weren't that comfortable for him, but we really enjoyed our visit there. Hopefully the residents near by will keep it clean and a safe family place to visit. We're now gonna come as much as we can :) .

I love the PC theater here in Webster. I am in here so much the staff knows my family on site. The theater is quaint and actually more friendly than the larger movie theater next door. This theater is usually crowded during the weekends, but during the week its not so bad. During the week, its just right for relaxing. The theater is so nice, family friendly, the staff so hospitable.. When I have lost things in the theaters the staff knew it belonged to me and held it for me, confidently knowing I'd return. Some of the cashiers even know my favorite thing to order for my daughter and for me! I'd rather go here than the premium Edwards or AMC theaters. Other theaters let the customers ruin the movie going experience, but this place has the right amount of etiquette/rigidity to keep their theater from becoming a dump. Thanks PC!

I would like to express my sincere thanks for the opening of Premiere Cinemas at the Greenspoint location. I have lived in the area for nearly fourteen years and have seen it in the worst of times and the best of times. For a company to take the initiative and open here is a Godsend to those of us who have families and enjoy the movie going experience. No longer will I have to drive to Willowbrook or Deerbrook to see a movie. When the revitalization is complete and all of the shops and restaurants are open I know the economic impact will take this community even further. I am on my way now to see Pirates and I am sure my experience will be great! Again, thank you!!!

My son and I went to the new Greenspoint Premiere Cinema on it's opening day to see" Thor". I liked the way the theater was set up. The staff was friendly and the seats were comfoftable. The prices at the concession were also reasonable. The sound was a little bit loud but overall we were pleased with the experience. We hope it stays that way because we live in the area.

i love the matinee price! i come here all of the time. i love the atmosphere, the staff and the place is so clean. it'd be great if you guys made a 1030 am or early shows since 11am seems like my day is wasted a little. We drive my 15yr old nephew out to Deerbrook Mall in Humble so he can watch a movie and spend the day hanging out with his friends and they all live within a couple of blocks of Greenspoint. I remember watching movies at Greenspoint when I was his age.

Love this theatre as it is so family friendly. Doesn't cost a fortune for a great afternoon or evening out. Seats are comfortable and as I said before it is a cost efficient and entertaining way of getting out and relaxing.

I find that the quality control of the popcorn is really good. Every time I go the popcorn is great and the salt content is the same, not too salty but just right. A lot of theater popcorn is very salty one time and the next time it may be OK. You can always add salt if you wish but you can not take it out. Keep up the good work.
